Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Performs construction, installation, modification, maintenance, and repairs of electrical appliances, systems, facilities, and related electronic controls by interpreting blueprints, specs, and instructions.
• Assists in establishing preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and facilities.
• Inspects electrical components and instruments and meters to detect faults using test equipment and manuals.
• Plans layout, installs, repairs wiring, fixtures, and control equipment.
• Ensures compliance with specifications and local electrical codes.
• Conducts tests on new components/systems per policies and procedures.
• Maintains records of test results and reports to management.
• Follows safety procedures to foster a safety-first culture; designated as safety-sensitive.
