You will wire, install, and maintain standby generator systems and related electrical equipment for residential and light commercial projects, ensuring safe, code‑compliant installations and troubleshooting. Qualifications

• Must be a Journeyman Electrician with relevant experience or licensing/registration.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC (National Electrical Code).
• Ability to read electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Comfortable working with tools, conduit benders, and test meters.

Responsibilities

• Pull wire, bend and install conduit, and wire electrical devices and control panels.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Install electrical components for generator systems including ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches).
• Perform load testing, electrical diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in preparing generator sites, including trenching, piping, and setting mechanical components.
• Conduct AC and DC electrical work for power generation systems.
• Use electrical measurement and testing equipment proficiently and safely.
• Ensure all installations meet local and national electrical codes.
• Promote a safe and positive work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
