X3 is hiring Journeyman Electricians for a long-term construction project in the Reno, NV area. This is a growth-focused, safety-first environment with the opportunity to convert to full-time if you meet production standards.

Start Date: 9/28/26. Schedule: 4:00 AM–2:30 PM Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Saturdays. Per Diem: $200/day for residents 60+ miles away. Competitive pay and full benefits after conversion.

• Ability to interpret drawings, sketches, software, plans and determine work procedures.

• Install control and distribution apparatus and fastening in place.
• Test and startup systems, verify continuity and safety.

Job description

X3 is hiring Journeyman Electricians for a long-term construction project in the Reno, NV area. This is a growth-focused, safety-first environment with the opportunity to convert to full-time if you meet production standards.

Start Date: 9/28/26

Duration: Through 2028, with a goal to convert to full-time for those who meet production standards

Schedule: 4:00 AM–2:30 PM Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Saturdays

Per Diem: $200/day for all skill levels (must reside more than 60 miles from the jobsite)

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of working knowledge of electrical construction experience
• Proficient knowledge and compliance with all NEC and OSHA safety standards
• Strong expertise in trade-related materials, components, equipment, systems, methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, trade-related calculations, blueprint and drawing interpretation, and troubleshooting
• Ability to interpret drawings, sketches, software, plans, and determine best work procedures, tools, and equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problems
• Experience measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling, and installing electrical conduit; welding supports; installing cable and duct banks; making terminations
• Experience installing control and distribution apparatus, and fastening in place
• Ability to test and start up systems, verify continuity of circuit, and ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted, frequently throughout the day
• Ability to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and other safe work platforms
• Able to work a 40-hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required
• Able to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location
• OSHA-10 Construction certification preferred (X3 will provide training if you do not currently have it)
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen, 7-year background check (national/multi-county), and all applicable pre-employment screening
