Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead commercial/industrial electrical installation.
• Run work from drawings; ensure quality and code compliance.
• Support jobsite safety per OSHA/state rules.
• Coordinate with project manager on schedule, materials, and scope.
• Identify scope changes early and communicate field conditions.
• Join site walks with GCs/clients as you expand into leadership.
• Mentor apprentices and help build the crew.
