Qualifications

Current and active Journeyman Electrician license in the state of work.
High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of electrical experience in commercial/industrial construction.

Responsibilities

Analyze blueprints, schematics, and drawings to ensure proper installation.
Plan layout and installation of wiring, equipment, and fixtures per code and specs.
Prepare work area; ensure tools and materials are ready for tasks.
Work safely to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Connect wiring and equipment per code and job specification.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs as needed.
Coordinate with foreman, coworkers and other site staff for efficient work.
Monitor apprentices and provide guidance as required.
Document activities and log information per site procedures.
