Job summary

Lane Valente Industries is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to install electrical systems in commercial and industrial construction sites across the U.S. and Canada. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years' experience in electrical project installations.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Electricians hand tools required.
• Ability to work with hands and multi-task.
• Advanced electrical knowledge required.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• Applicable state certification required.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Report to project worksite on time and ready to work.
• Apply electrical and construction principles to solve design and modification problems.
• Complete work per NEC and local codes; stay current with revisions.
• Supervise/coordinate assigned helper/apprentice electricians as needed.
• Maintain safety policies; keep job site clean and organized.
• Complete paperwork such as timecards as required.
• Assist with loading materials and other tasks to complete the project.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including services, feeders, and branch circuits.
• Plan installations to minimize material waste and ensure future maintenance access.
• Install conduit, wire, and electrical distribution equipment.
