We Power America is seeking experienced electricians in San Antonio to support commercial and industrial projects across Texas. Journeyman‑level and supervisory opportunities are available, with a focus on installing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems.

Candidates should read blueprints, follow NEC codes, and work safely under lockout/tagout guidelines. The role offers growth into leadership and reliable overtime opportunities for skilled professionals.

Qualifications

Journeyman license or equivalent required.
Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
Knowledge of NEC and national electrical codes required.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using a variety of tools.
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards.
Read blueprints and schematics to plan installations and upgrades.
Upgrade and modify electrical systems to meet new requirements.
Follow strict safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures.
Collaborate with other contractors, engineers, and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Perform regular preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Provide on-call emergency electrical repairs as needed.
