Job summary

All Systems is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to lead field installations on industrial automation projects. You will mentor apprentices, troubleshoot complex electrical systems, and ensure safety and quality across sites nationwide. Expect small, agile crews and frequent collaboration with foremen and project managers.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman license, strong NEC and electrical schematic skills, and a collaborative, proactive approach. Willingness to travel nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Baseline knowledge of control systems preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S. for assignments.

Responsibilities

• Mentor apprentices on installs, terminations and testing across industrial sites.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve issues with urgency and precision.
• Share techniques and best practices to elevate the crew and maintain safety standards.
