360X Staffing is seeking Journeyman Electricians to join our team in Tempe, AZ. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on construction sites, reading blueprints and adhering to NEC standards.

Responsibilities include conduit work, safety inspections, coordinating with other trades, and mentoring apprentices. OSHA 10 certification and strong field experience required for successful performance on industrial and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as industrial or commercial electrician in construction environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with NEC standards and safety practices.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electricians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment including wiring, transformers, switchgear, motors, and other electrical components.


• Bend and install various types of conduit, including EMT, rigid, and PVC.


• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and recommend solutions.


• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical diagrams.


• Install electrical systems according to industry standards and regulations.


• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure they are following safety regulations and standards.


• Coordinate with other trades and contractors on construction sites to ensure timely completion of projects.


• Train and mentor apprentices and other electricians.


• Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed.

Requirements

• OSHA 10


• Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems in construction environments


• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for complex electrical installations


• Familiarity with NEC standards, low voltage wiring, power tools, hand tools, and safety practices on construction sites
