ACIS, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Electrician in Texas to join our commercial HVAC-focused team. You will perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs while adhering to codes and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Texas journeyman license is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant electrical experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine wiring layouts and specifications.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment, including lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to identify and address potential electrical problems before they escalate.
• Collaborate with other tradespersons and contractors to complete projects within specified timelines and quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment for oneself and others.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
