Job summary

ASP is seeking an Installer to install residential heating and cooling equipment across homes in Minnesota. You will perform high-quality HVAC installations, mentor apprentices, and ensure a world-class customer experience through craftsmanship and teamwork.

Schedule is 7am–4pm with 35–45 hours weekly; overtime may be offered or required. Competitive benefits include a 4% 401k employer contribution, FSA/SA plans, service discounts, and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Electrical Journeyman's License required.
• Certified in Warm Air, Gas, Refrigeration, and Hot Water & Steam.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential HVAC installations in a timely manner with meticulous craftsmanship.
• Execute a consistent customer walkthrough on calls in accordance with company process.
• Onboard new apprentices and help them develop to become lead installers.
• Handle customer concerns on jobsites and escalate to install manager when appropriate.

An Installer at ASP is responsible for installing new residential heating and cooling equipment into residential homes. Schedule

• 7am-4pm, end times vary based on completion of work and business needs
• 35-45 hours per week are typical for this role
• Overtime may be offered and at times can be required
