What you'll do:

What you'll bring:
- Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and facility equipment.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools, hoists, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
- Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and warranty claims.
- Capability to manage maintenance schedules, coordinate contractors, and track parts and expenses.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to emergency maintenance needs.

The hourly wage range for this position is $36.00 - $69.00**The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
