Job summary

Core States Group is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to support our Construction Services/Energy unit. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems for energy projects, helping to advance sustainable infrastructure.

Based out of Ontario, CA, this field role offers flexibility to work in the office, remotely, or in a hybrid setup. A state Journeyman license, 3–5 years of site experience, and strong safety knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of field experience in electrical installations.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and codes.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment for energy‑related projects.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues using industry best practices and safety standards.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and apprentices to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform system testing and quality checks to ensure installations meet compliance standards.
• Mentor and guide apprentices, sharing knowledge of techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
