WORKFORCE Employment Specialists, LLC is assisting a direct-hire client in seeking a Journeyman Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

The ideal candidate reads blueprints, follows NEC and local codes, and delivers quality workmanship with strong customer service on every job. On-site work requires independent work and on-call rotation; OSHA training is a plus.

Competenze

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license in good standing.
• Several years of hands-on electrical installation, maintenance, or repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and safely use diagnostic/testing equipment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• OSHA training or certification is a plus.
• Generator, controls, or transfer-switch experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels, and fixtures per NEC and local codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications to plan work.
• Diagnose electrical issues in wiring, circuits, controls, and equipment and perform repairs.
• Pull permits and coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Complete service reports, job documentation, and customer records.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and schedules with project leads and office staff.
• Respond to emergency service calls and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices on job sites as needed.
• Assist with other electrical maintenance and service work as needed.
