Advance Onboarding Solutions seeks a Journeyman Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will read blueprints, ensure code compliance, and deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.

As a key team member, you will collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to complete projects on time and to high standards. A valid Journeyman license and solid field experience are required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or certification per local/state rules.
• Proven experience as Journeyman Electrician.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and codes.
• Ability to use electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition to handle manual labor and work at heights.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
• Inspect electrical systems for hazards, defects, and repairs.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits for safety.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and construction professionals.
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow safety policies.
