  • Hands‑on experience using electrical testing equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot system failures.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced electrical maintenance professional to support the operation, reliability, and upkeep of electrical and electronic equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for diagnosing equipment problems, completing repairs, performing scheduled maintenance, and ensuring systems remain safe and operational.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose electrical and electronic equipment issues and determine the appropriate corrective action.
  • Use multimeters, meters, testers, and other diagnostic tools to locate faults and verify proper system operation.
  • Perform repairs involving wiring, circuits, electrical components, and electronic devices.
  • Install, connect, test, and maintain a variety of electrical and electronic equipment.
  • Review technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and other documentation to support troubleshooting and repair activities.
  • Conduct routine and preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce unexpected downtime.
  • Identify failing or defective components and complete repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Verify equipment functionality following maintenance, installation, or repair work.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and consistently follow established electrical safety practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance, production, and technical personnel to resolve equipment-related issues efficiently.
Desired Background
  • At least 3 years of journeyman-level experience working with electrical or electronic systems in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.
  • Journeyman electrical license, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and related documentation.
  • Hands‑on experience using electrical and electronic testing equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot system failures.
  • Working knowledge of electrical circuitry, wiring practices, electronic components, and control systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to systematically identify the source of equipment malfunctions.
