Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Residential Electrician to improve safety, reliability, and functionality for homeowners. You will deliver quality workmanship with great customer service and trusted solutions.

We offer a family-owned, multi-state environment with competitive base pay and incentives, a vehicle and dispatch from home, plus paid training and comprehensive benefits. No Sunday shifts in this role.

Qualifications

• Residential electrical experience required.
• Applicable state and local electrical licenses.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use mobile technology for documentation and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install electrical systems and components.
• Troubleshoot wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and related equipment.
• Inspect electrical systems and recommend solutions to improve safety and performance.
• Educate homeowners on electrical system operation, maintenance, and repair options.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes.
• Mentor and support Apprentice Electricians as needed.
• Accurately document completed work using company software.

Key Responsibilities
