B.H. Inc. (BHI) is seeking a Full-Time Journeyman Electrician to join our Instrumentation & Electrical team in Coalville, UT. If you are a self-driven leader ready to direct field operations, ensure site safety, and advance your career, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
• Strong background in industrial or commercial electrical construction, including reading blueprints, drawings, and cable schedules.
• Proven ability to manage crew safety, complete JSAs, and follow OSHA/BHI regulations.
• Ability to handle moderate travel as required by the project schedule.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Direct field operations and lead the Instrumentation & Electrical team on projects.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Coordinate with project schedules and manage crew performance.

• $42.00 to $45.00 per hour
• 5/10s (50 hours/week – strong overtime earnings through the season)
