You will read blueprints, adhere to codes, troubleshoot, and collaborate with project managers to deliver safe, on-time installations. We offer growth and internal opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Licensure as Journeyman Electrician in NE or IA.
• Commercial electrical experience preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, residential and industrial buildings.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to complete projects on time.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate paperwork.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Full-Time position
• Valid Nebraska / Iowa Journeyman Electrician license or certification
• Previous commercial electrical experience a plus but not required
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work at heights or in confined spaces
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, reach, crawl, etc. as necessary to perform tasks and lift up to 75 pounds
