Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience.
• Valid State Journeyman Electrician license (Iowa)

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Experience with ERP systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across residential, commercial, and some industrial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues with appropriate testing devices.
• Ensure work complies with NEC and local regulations.
• Mentor an apprentice and collaborate with the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Coordinate with general contractors and clients; report progress daily.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and occasional industrial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Troubleshoot electrical problems using appropriate testing devices
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
• Ability to mentor an apprentice and work in pairs or groups
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Coordinate with team members, general contractors, and clients as needed
• Complete daily documentation and communicate progress to supervisors

Qualifications

• Valid State of Iowa Journeyman Electrician License (License A or B)
• 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a commitment to safety
• Proficiency with Field Pulse or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems preferred
