Sea-Tac Electric in Washington state is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our full‑service team. The role involves installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, with opportunities to mentor apprentices and grow within a startup‑like environment.

The position offers day or night shifts, 8–10 hour days, overtime, and a base salary range of $49.86–$56.23 per hour. We require a valid Journeyman Card and a clean driving record, with drug screening prior to assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Card required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Drug screening prior to job assignment.
• Able to meet minimum tool requirements.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts.
• 8–10 hour shifts and OT as needed.
• Able to mentor apprentices and maintain journeyman-to-apprentice ratio.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.

• Communicate progress to supervisors as tasks are completed.

Washington-based Sea-Tac Electric, is a full-service electrical services company with 35 years of expertise in electrical design engineering, new building electrical design-build construction, electrical repairs and service, voice and data structured cabling systems, and security systems for commercial properties. We are seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team and exude a passion for the field. #SEATAC #Industria.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems and components

• Pull wires, install conduit and mount electrical panels, boxes or devices under supervision

• Transport tools, materials and equipment to and from job sites, maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety procedures, always wearing appropriate PPE, helping to maintain a safe work environment

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites

• Maintain inventory supplies and report material shortages to supervisor

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and communicate progress to supervisors

Requirements:

• Must have Valid 01 Journeyman Card

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• We are a Drug Free business- UA will be required prior to job assignment

• Be able to meet minimum tool requirements

• Ability to work day shift or night shift

• 8-10 hour shifts

• Day Shift OR Night Shift depending on project needs

• Overtime

• Be able and ready to teach and mentor apprentice

• Maintain compliance of 1:1 (Journeyman to apprentice ratio)

The base salary range for this position is $49.86- $56.23. Please note that the compensation range reflects the base pay only and does not include benefits, or bonuses this role may be eligible to receive.
