Qualifications

Job description

A world-class, industry leading construction consultant firm currently has a position available for a Journeyman Electrician. This role would receive generous base salaries, terrific bonus/overtime, outstanding benefits package (that includes medical, vision, dental, and a 401K plan); along with other terrific perks.

Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for:

• Installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical components (controls, devices, sensors, etc.) for the buildout of new equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and other plans for on-going projects within the facility.
• Enforce and maintain safety policies and standards throughout the facility for others in the department and team.

Required work experience includes:

• 5+ years as a Journeyman Electrician with a focus in installing and maintaining electronic controls, devices, sensors, and various components.
• Able to interpret blueprints, schematics, and sketches as they pertain to new equipment.
• Demonstrated experience with electronic transmitters and other instrumentation (PLC, HMI, etc.)
• Familiarity with Mission Critical and Data Center facility construction.
• Demonstrated experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
