Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air Inc. in Dallas, TX is hiring a Journeyman Electrician to install, troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems for our growing client base.

You will perform panel upgrades, whole-home generator installations, and lighting projects while ensuring NEC compliance and superior customer service. We offer a performance-based pay structure, company vehicle and fuel card, and ongoing training with ample earning potential in a stable, year-round role with a growing

Qualifications

• Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License is required.
• 5+ years of residential electrical experience preferred.
• Generator installation experience is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems.
• Perform panel upgrades, rewires, lighting installations, and whole-home generator installations.
• Diagnose electrical issues and propose safe, compliant solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes.
• Provide outstanding customer service on every job.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
