A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have state Journeyman licensing or NCCER Certification, with at least three years of foreman experience and six years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry. Qualifications

• State Journeyman Licensed or NCCER Certified Plus Certification required.
• Minimum three years of foreman experience needed.
• Minimum six years in the Electrical or Instrumentation industry necessary.

Responsibilities

• Report injuries and incidents to the Supervisor.
• Receive permits from operations and communicate them to crew members.
• Prepare and audit JSA's/HHA's with the crew.
• Correct and report unacceptable behavior of associates.
• Manage material inventory and condition of tools and equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor in preparing RFI's.
