Job summary

Carrier in El Paso, TX is seeking a Data Center Chiller Technician to service critical cooling needs in modern facilities. You will work on commercial HVAC systems, perform startups, diagnose issues, and maintain reliability to keep data centers running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years practical working experience in the HVAC industry.
• 3+ years working with centrifugal chillers.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Must pass physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Participate in startup and commissioning of new units at client sites.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot malfunctions, and maintain HVAC units.
• Review regulatory requirements and read blueprints/diagrams.
• Build strong customer relationships and escalate issues as needed.
• Prioritize safety and adhere to licensing and training.
