Job summary

True Tech Mechanical is seeking motivated plumbers ranging from 4th year apprentices to journeymen to join our team. You will gain hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems on commercial and industrial sites, working alongside skilled professionals.

Ideal candidates have a valid plumbing license, clean driving record, OSHA training, and are willing to work 40 hours with on-call rotations. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Licensed plumber with valid credentials.
• Driver's license required and reliable transportation.
• OSHA training completed.
• Ability to pass background and drug tests.
• Willingness to work 40 hours Monday-Friday with OT.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics to assist in project execution.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Basic math for measuring lengths and quantities.
• Experience with grooving, threading, and soldering.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Read blueprints and schematics for plumbing layouts.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Prepare job sites and materials for construction plumbing projects.
• Gain knowledge of basic math for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area on construction sites.
