Job summary

Lead Staffing Corporation is hiring Journeyman Carpenters to support commercial and residential construction projects across King and Snohomish Counties, WA. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of carpentry experience in new construction, remodeling, tenant improvements, and general carpentry work.

Pay ranges from $34 to $40 per hour DOE, with benefits including medical, dental, disability, life, and paid sick leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience.
• Experience with commercial and/or residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry methods and construction practices.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
• Experience with framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic hand tools and tool belt.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or commercial carpentry work including framing, layout, and installation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
• Complete new construction, remodels, tenant improvements, restoration, and repair work.
• Perform rough and/or finish carpentry tasks as needed.
• Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, walls, ceilings, and other building components.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately.
• Perform framing, blocking, layout, and structural carpentry work.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work with project teams to meet schedules and quality standards.
