Skillit is seeking experienced carpenters and concrete carpenters for projects across select U.S. cities, including Columbus and Cleveland. The roles cover journeymen, masters, foremen and superintendents with drywall framing and concrete formwork experience, emphasizing safety and precision.

A structured application process and flexible interview times are offered. Salary ranges from $28 to $65+ per hour DOE, with benefits like PTO, medical, and retirement.

Qualifications

• Have journeyman+ carpentry skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work with tools, such as power and non-powered hand tools.
• Willing and able to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions.
• Ability to handle materials that can weigh up to 200 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow blueprints and project specifications for carpentry tasks.
• Perform framing, installing structures, and finishing work.
• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
• Use a variety of tools, both powered and non-powered, effectively and safely.
• Seek clarification as needed to ensure accurate work.
• Lift and handle materials with care and safety.
