Job summary

BMW of Minnetonka is seeking a Journeyman Technician to perform automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards. You will diagnose and resolve vehicle issues, road-test repaired vehicles, and maintain thorough documentation of work performed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems.
Ability to use diagnostic tools effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and service per repair order, to Lithia and manufacturer standards.
Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform tests.
Record time spent on repairs accurately.
Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repair.
Maintain clean and safe work environment.
Acquire and maintain ASE certifications as required.
