Job summary

Climate Pros, LLC is looking for a Refrigeration Service Technician to perform journeyman-level work on refrigeration systems in supermarkets and related equipment. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and microprocessor controls, with emphasis on quality service and 100% customer satisfaction.

Expect independent work with travel as needed and the opportunity to contribute to a variety of rack systems, display cases, and walk-in boxes while maintaining safe,

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• 5+ years of supermarket refrigeration/freezer experience.
• Experience with Novar, CPC, Danfoss Energy Management Controls, and rack refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Flexible hours, including overtime.
• Ability to follow directions and specific processes to ensure quality workmanship.
• Self-sufficient and a reliable team player.
• Honest, growth-oriented approach and willingness to do whatever it takes.

Responsibilities

Job Summary The Refrigeration Service Technician will enjoy working independently as a representative of Climate Pros. performing journeyman-level work in the maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of refrigeration electrical, mechanical, and microprocessor control systems commonly installed in supermarkets and single systems, parallel racks systems, display cases, and walk-in boxes. The technician will perform prescribed, routine maintenance, leak detection procedures, and service calls resulting in 100% customer satisfaction.
