Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a JOPES Specialist to support USARCENT and USCENTCOM deployment, redeployment, and contingency operations. You will provide expertise in force deployment data management, JOPES integration, and joint planning to synchronize personnel movements across the USCENTCOM AOR.

The role covers development of OPORDs/CONOPs, coordination with joint planning groups, and daily movement tracking to ensure mission readiness. A Secret clearance and related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (6) years of experience in operational planning, contingency planning, deployment operations, or joint staff environments.
• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience using JOPES and developing, refining, updating, and managing TPFDD data.
• Experience supporting deployment, redeployment, force flow, and contingency operations within a Joint environment.
• Experience developing military planning products, including CONOPs, OPORDs, FRAGOs, staff estimates, and annexes.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of operational plans, CONOPs, OPORDs, FRAGOs, staff estimates, annexes.
• Assist in analyzing mission requirements and resource taskings for deployment plans.
• Participate as a member of Joint Planning Groups and Operational Planning Groups.
• Provide operational and technical JOPES expertise supporting real-world operations and exercises.
