Innovative Management Concepts, Inc. (IMC) on-site in Honolulu, HI seeks a senior Knowledge Management professional with 5–8 years of experience in a joint/multi-service environment. The role focuses on KM policy design, governance, data integration across Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Space Force systems.

The ideal candidate will hold DoD secret clearance day one with potential Top Secret upgrade, U.S. citizenship, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• At start date, must have current IAT Level II Certification.
• Active certifications: CCNA-Security, CND, Security+ CE, CySA+.
• 5–8 years in knowledge management, data analysis or related field.
• Experience creating systems for inter-service collaboration and information sharing.
• Familiarity with joint tools like CENTRIXS and JADOCS.
• Ability to interface with senior officials and bridge terminology between services.
• Travel OCONUS may be required and U.S. Citizenship is required.
• DoD Secret clearance day one, with up-scope to Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Assess, design, implement KM policies for customer missions.
• Provide KM governance and ensure directive compliance.
• Serve as liaison to leadership for decision-support processes.
• Standardize data from diverse sources across services.
• Ensure data interoperability across platforms (SharePoint, CENTRIXS, JADOCS).
• Design KM solutions including dashboards and shared repositories.
• Manage content across web pages, portals, and file shares.
• Integrate intelligence and reports into knowledge products for unified picture.
• Tailor products to service needs while aligning with joint objectives.
• Identify cross-service trends and gaps; provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with service components and coalition partners.
