Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Joint Fires SME to help plan, execute, and evaluate fires within joint and multi-domain environments. You will support synthetic environment training and mission rehearsal to prepare warfighters for Joint Fires missions.

You will guide complex analyses, provide strategic recommendations to senior leaders, and contribute to policies and procedures that shape mission planning and execution. A TS/SCI clearance and JTAC Certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in kinetic strike operations within joint/multi-domain environments.
• Experience leading Joint Exercise Life Cycle planning from coordination to post-exercise assessment.
• Experience integrating Joint Fires into exercise design and execution.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
• JTAC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations to senior staff and military officials for executive dialogue and decision-making options.
• Support mission rehearsal in the synthetic environment and defense mission planning.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on complex systems, policies, and processes.
