USfalcon, Inc. seeks a Senior Joint Education Program Manager to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. The role coordinates academic partnerships, develops and assesses lesson plans, and drives continuous improvement of joint education initiatives aligned with strategic deterrence and global operations.

The position interfaces with graduate programs, manages admissions coordination, and leads program reviews with mission stakeholders to ensure outcomes meet DoD education objectives.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least 10 years interfacing with graduate-level academic institutions.
• Experience with program management, lesson plan development, educational analysis and assessment.
• Background in professional development or training coordination in a military/government setting preferred.

• Experience supporting professional development, training coordination, or organizational education initiatives; military/government training environment experience preferred

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Highschool diploma OR equivalent

Top-Secret with eligibility for SCI, NC2/ESI, and SAP
