Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Joint Data Network (JDN) Technician to support MARFORPAC III MEF DFC, providing technical support for C2 systems such as GCCS-J, JREAP, and Agile Client to enable U.S. Marine Corps and joint operations across the USINDOPACOM area.

You will monitor COP servers and related infrastructure, maintain COP tools, VMware environments, and COP databases, troubleshoot issues, and support real-world operations, exercises, and training events; some travel (CONUS and OCONUS) is required.

Qualifications

• Security clearance required: TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; associate degree with 5 years of relevant experience accepted.
• 8+ years supporting U.S. military C2 systems (Marine Corps, Navy, Army, Air Force, or Coast Guard).
• Experience with GCCS-J, JREAP, Agile Client, and COP systems.
• Familiarity with CST, LMMT, VMware, and related mission systems.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS; ability to support rotating 8-hour watch shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain C2 systems (GCCS-J, JREAP, Agile Client) and related mission systems.
• Monitor COP servers and infrastructure for continuous readiness.
• Maintain COP Sync Tool (CST) and LMMT connectivity.
• Ensure VMware environments remain operational and sustainable.
• Validate COP and JREAP activities to maintain mission readiness.
• Manage COP databases and assist in data fusion center documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues affecting C2 capabilities and data flow.
• Support real-world operations, exercises, and training events.
• Coordinate with government and partners to ensure system performance.
• Travel as required (CONUS/OCONUS).
