Job summary

White Plains Hospital is seeking a Breast Imager to provide accurate assessments and interpret mammograms, ultrasound, and other imaging to detect breast abnormalities.

You will collaborate with breast surgeons and oncologists to develop personalized treatment plans and perform image-guided procedures such as biopsies, contributing to high-quality patient care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Medical School.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiologist.
• Active New York Medical License.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate assessments of breast conditions, including identifying and characterizing breast masses, calcifications, and other abnormalities.
• Perform and interpret mammograms, ultrasound scans, and other breast imaging modalities to detect and diagnose breast abnormalities.
• Collaborate with breast surgeons, oncologists, and other specialists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with breast cancer or other breast-related conditions.
• Conduct image-guided breast procedures, such as biopsies and aspirations, to obtain tissue samples for further evaluation and diagnosis.

Salary Info

Salary: $425,000-$525,000

The listed salary range may vary based on specialty, experience, education, and other factors.
