Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

The role offers fully remote work with flexible scheduling, no minimum caseload, no non-compete agreements, and licensure expansion support. A dedicated BCBA Success Manager will help ensure clinical and professional success.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful and measurable progress.
