Job summary

Mahajan Therapeutics in Ohio is expanding its behavioral health team and currently seeking compassionate counselors. Positions include counselors in training and licensed professionals (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LICDC, LCDCII, LCDCIII) across Dayton, Wheelersburg, Portsmouth, Ironton, and Elyria.

You will provide individual, group, and family counseling, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do

• Make a meaningful impact every day by providing individual, group, and family counseling that supports clients throughout their recovery journey.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships and help clients identify goals, overcome challenges, and make meaningful progress in treatment.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality support.
• Partner with families, guardians, referral sources, and community providers to create a strong network of support for each client.
• Monitor client progress, participate in treatment planning discussions, and adjust clinical approaches as needs evolve.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Bring your expertise and ideas to the team by participating in quality improvement initiatives, clinical meetings, and opportunities to enhance patient care.
• Grow your clinical skills through training, collaboration, and opportunities to share your knowledge with other team members.
• Help maintain a compassionate, professional, and compliant treatment environment that puts client care and recovery first.
