PASCO (Personal Assistance Services Of Colorado) is expanding its Caregiver Talent Pool to match clients with skilled, compassionate caregivers. Choose days, nights, weekends, part-time or full-time shifts that fit your schedule, and be connected to meaningful work that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Brighten someone’s day with genuine companionship and support.
• Help with everyday activities: bathing, dressing, mobility, and exercise.
• Prepare meals, encourage hydration, and support health routines.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings (if needed).
• Keep homes organized and welcoming with light cleaning and laundry.
• Monitor well-being, follow care plans, and keep everyone informed.
• Provide a caring break for family members with respite care.

What a PASCO Caregiver Might Do

Who We’re Looking For

Requirements

Compensation

Compensation: $17 - $23/hour depending on client and services provided through Medicaid Waivers
