Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Independence, MO. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, helping clients achieve independence and positive behavior changes under the supervision of our clinical staff.

Positions start part-time with flexible hours and opportunities for growth within the ABA field. A commitment of at least six months is encouraged to drive meaningful outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required to work as an RBT.
• Demonstrated patience and compassion when supporting children with Autism.

Responsibilities
