Job summary

Bambini Childcare in Ellicott City is hiring a compassionate Twos Teacher to cultivate development in a Montessori-inspired classroom. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and hands-on opportunities for guiding two-year-olds through engaging activities.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid, and Maryland clearance, with preferred Montessori credentials and 2+ years in licensed childcare. Compensation ranges by experience are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed or willing to complete: 90-Hour Preschool Certification, 45-Hour Child Growth & Development, 45-Hour Preschool Curriculum, 9-Hour Communication Course, Basic Health & Safety Training.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Maryland background check and fingerprint clearance.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Montessori certification; 2+ years of licensed childcare/preschool experience.

Your Responsibilities
