Executive Home Care of Hacienda Heights is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide direct and indirect personal care to clients in their homes under RN supervision. You will follow individualized care plans, maintain safety, and support daily living activities with compassion and professionalism.

Successful candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, active HHA certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program preferred.
• Active HHA certification/license preferred.
• Physically capable of performing assigned caregiving duties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meets all applicable personnel and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect personal care services in the client's home under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Follow individualized care plans and assigned care instructions.
• Maintain a safe environment and utilize proper safety procedures while delivering care.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition, behavior, or needs to the supervising nurse.
• Document services provided accurately and submit required records promptly.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and healthcare team members.
• Support clients with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Adhere to all state regulations and company policies governing the Home Health Aide role.
