Our Learnerships are a part‑time, non‑exempt, temporary position that can last anywhere between 3 months to a year with the possibility of turning into a full‑time, permanent position.

• You’re a Chompian at heart, passionate about best‑for‑you snacking, sustainability, regenerative farming, or the CPG space.
• You’re excited about the possibility of joining the Chomps journey someday, even if it’s weeks or months down the line.
