Practice Environment & Relationships

Mass General Brigham is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds physician to join our established adult medicine practice located in Needham, MA. Join a small, close-knit outpatient adult medicine practice where clinicians work collaboratively and have the opportunity to develop meaningful, long-term relationships with their patients. Our intimate practice environment fosters strong teamwork, open communication, and a personalized approach to patient care.

Conveniently located near downtown Needham, the practice is easily accessible for patients and offers physicians the opportunity to serve a welcoming, established community. The office is also in close proximity to Newton-Wellesley Hospital, providing convenient access to hospital-based care, specialists, and additional clinical resources when needed.

Additional Job Details

The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. Our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and any offer extended will take into account your skills, relevant experience, if applicable, education, certifications, and other essential factors.
