This role oversees Foremen and craft teams on site, driving safe, high-quality execution.

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

• Willingness to relocate and work on project sites.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Electrical licensing or ability to obtain (Journeyman/Master) preferred.

• Partner with Trade Superintendent on staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor production vs. estimate, identify overruns, and support corrective actions.
• Oversee quality execution, audits, and adherence to project specs and quality plans.
• Mentor Foremen, Field Engineers, and craft to improve performance.
• Maintain reporting and documentation including daily reports, timesheets, material requests, and quality records.

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements

• Must comply with client safety requirements (e.g., clean‑shaven, long sleeves, steel‑toe boots).
• Must pass a physical exam if required.
• Must be able to:
  • Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways.
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces (e.g., towers, vessels, excavations).
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Use assistance for heavier loads).
  • Stand or walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel).
• Must be able to wear a respirator and other PPE when required.

Work Location

Industrial construction sites and/or fabrication shops.

Compensation

Pay Equity: $90,000 - $120,000. This range is based on a full‑time schedule. Compensation may vary based on experience and other factors.
