Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to advance meaningful clinical outcomes. Nebraska licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

Compensation

• Up to $80/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
