Job summary

Nurturing Nurses Home Care in Charlotte, NC is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers and CNAs to join our team in the South Charlotte area. You will provide one-on-one care in clients' homes and help with daily living activities, while building meaningful relationships with the people we serve.

If you are located in or can reliably travel throughout South Charlotte, enjoy working independently, and are committed to patient, high-quality care, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications

• CNA or experienced caregiver.
• Reliable travel to the South Charlotte area.

With a growing number of clients in this area, we're looking for someone local who is ready to provide consistent, one-on-one care and build meaningful relationships with the people we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
• Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes

• A CNA or experienced caregiver
• Located in or able to reliably travel throughout the South Charlotte area
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable caring for individuals with a variety of needs
• Able to work independently and follow individualized care plans
• Has reliable transportation and excellent attendance; dependability is essential for this position
• Flexible and willing to work with different clients as needs arise
• Professional, trustworthy, and committed to providing exceptional care
• Someone who genuinely enjoys caring for others and building meaningful client relationships
