Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior as part of a dedicated clinical team.

All positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment. Paid training and opportunities for advancement are available, along with flexible scheduling and a supportive environment. Same Day Pay is offered to access earnings after clocking in and out.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for helping children with autism and staying calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
