Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking a Truck Team Member in Baltimore to drive our blue trucks, meet customers, and provide on-demand quotes. You’ll lift and remove items, sort for donation or disposal, and ensure top-notch service from first contact to completion.

We offer active, team-focused work with training, opportunities for growth, and a fast-paced environment. Monday–Saturday schedules are common, including at least one weekend day.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
• Availability 3–4 days per week, including one weekend day.
• Comfortable with physical work.
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate the blue trucks (training provided).
• Meet customers at homes or businesses.
• Provide on-the-spot service quotes and explain offerings.
• Lift, load, and remove items safely.
• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal.

We’re hiring Truck Team Members to join our Baltimore crew. No two days are the same—you’ll be out in the community helping people clear out space and making their day a little easier.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive our signature blue trucks (we’ll train you)
• Meet customers at their homes or businesses
• Provide on-the-spot quotes and explain our services
• Lift, load, and remove items safely
• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Deliver great customer service from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• 21+ (or close to it)
• Valid driver’s license (held for at least 3 years)
• Available 3–4 days per week, including one weekend day
• Comfortable with physical work
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Open to learning how to operate a commercial vehicle
• 40 hours
