Job summary

Qualicare is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and veterans in Escondido and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities to build meaningful relationships while delivering in-home care services.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle with insurance, and be able to pass a background check. Fluent English is required, with morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver’s License and dependable vehicle with insurance.
• Willingness to drive around North County (Oceanside, Escondido, Fallbrook).
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Dependable, hardworking with a heart for seniors and veterans.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation.
• Stand-by assist, mobility, or transfers.
• Personal hygiene support (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
